Tia Shibley named United Federal Credit Union Springdale Branch Manager
ST. JOSEPH, MI (February 8, 2016) — Tia Shibley has been appointed to the position of branch manager of the United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) in-store branch located at the Walmart Supercenter, 4870 Elm Spring Roadside, Springdale, Arkansas. Shibley will be responsible for providing operational leadership to branch staff, including staff development and retention, and growth of branch sales performance.
Shibley was previously assistant manager of the Springdale branch, where she supervised branch staff in areas including scheduling, maintenance of daily operations, process improvement, check cashing decisions and other Member exceptions. Prior experience also includes member service advisor and teller duties at UFCU operations in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
A native of Greenwood, Arkansas, Shibley holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Carl Albert State College in Poteau, Oklahoma. She resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
