SalesCU is excited to announce the successful completion of a three-day Trainer Certification Intensive with Timberland Federal Credit Union, held in-person November 4–6 in Pleasant Gap, PA. Led by SalesCU trainer Chris Hokom, the workshop brought together five team members for a fully customized, highly interactive training experience.
To ensure maximum relevance and immediate applicability, workshop content was adapted to align with Timberland FCU’s specific products and services. The result was outstanding participation—described by the facilitator as “awe inspiring”—with the group remaining enthusiastic, engaged, and committed from start to finish.
A key highlight of the workshop was the flawless delivery of training sessions by Chad and Devan, who demonstrated complete command of the material and have now officially earned their credentials as Certified SalesCU Trainers.
“Timberland FCU’s commitment to empowering their team to better identify and serve their members’ financial needs, wants, and dreams was evident in everything they did during the workshop,” said Chris Hokom of SalesCU.
As a next step in their development plan, Timberland FCU trainers will be attending SalesCU’s Transformational Leadership Certification, held virtually this December.
