Timberland Federal Credit Union demonstrated its commitment to leadership development and long-term organizational growth by completing SalesCU’s Transformational Leadership – Trainer Certification in a virtual, high-energy training experience.
The two-day certification was led by Chris Hokom, SalesCU Trainer, and resulted in the successful full certification of Chad Feather and Devan Barrett. Both leaders completed SalesCU’s comprehensive curriculum, which includes Sales Fundamentals, Advanced Sales, and Transformational Leadership, equipping them to deliver impactful, in-house training across the credit union.
To create a vibrant and practical learning environment, Timberland FCU invited four additional leaders—Amanda, Paige, Tanesha, and Brandon—to participate as a live “studio audience.” Their outstanding engagement helped simulate real-world training conditions and elevated the overall learning experience.
Throughout the certification, the group displayed exceptional energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to apply new tools and strategies. Chad and Devan’s successful completion of the full certification positions Timberland FCU to immediately roll out the Transformational Leadership program across the organization.
