Tinker Federal Credit Union announced new executive vice president and chief operations officer

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (December 29, 2025) |

Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has promoted Joseph Arthur to executive vice  president (EVP) and chief operations officer (COO). Arthur steps into the role following the retirement of longtime COO Connie  Wall.

Beginning his career at TFCU in 2002, Arthur has held a wide variety of roles across the organization, progressing from a teller  to a member service representative, to senior vice president of operations and now his new role as EVP and COO. He has led  several key initiatives to strengthen member service, operational consistency and staff development, and has also played an  important role in creating a mentorship program now used throughout the credit union. In his new position, Arthur will  oversee day-to-day operations, guide major service initiatives, support branch leadership and help shape long-term  operational strategy.

Before stepping into his new role, Arthur reflected on his time at TFCU, noting how the credit union’s mission and people have  shaped his career. He emphasized the importance of serving members with consistency and compassion while supporting the  development and success of TFCU employees across the organization.

“I am humbled and honored to serve in this new capacity at TFCU,” Arthur said. “This organization has been such a huge part  of my life and career. I have been blessed with so many incredible co-workers and mentors over the years, and I look forward  to serving our teams and members in this new exciting way.”
