Tinker Federal Credit Union announced new senior vice president of digital strategy

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (January 29, 2026) |

Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has welcomed Ryan Marlen as senior vice  president of digital strategy, a new leadership role focused on advancing the credit union’s digital channels and member  experience. In this position, Marlen will guide TFCU’s digital services and ensure members can manage their finances easily  and securely across all platforms.

Marlen brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, with a background in consumer and small  business banking, payments and financial technology. He has helped organizations modernize their systems, improve their  customer experience and use data to support decisions. At TFCU, he will use this extensive experience to help improve the  TFCU member digital experience by making it more convenient and personalized.

Nancy Ward, executive vice president and chief administration officer at TFCU, said Marlen’s background will play an  important role in shaping the credit union’s future member experience.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Ryan to our leadership team," Ward said. "His leadership will help us deliver an exceptional,  seamless experience for our members while positioning our credit union for long-term growth in an increasingly digital  financial landscape."

In previous roles, Marlen has led teams that updated technology systems and improved how customers use everyday banking  tools. He was an early adopter of artificial intelligence and sees it as a way to help people work more efficiently and creatively,  not replace them. In recent years, he has also worked with businesses in the Oklahoma City area to simplify their processes,  make service easier for customers and find practical ways to use new technology.

“I’m excited for the chance to contribute to an organization like TFCU that continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives  of its members,” Marlen said. “By using technology that saves members time and money and helps them prepare for the  future, we can continue to build on TFCU’s legacy of trust and service.”
