Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) promoted Jennifer Holbrook to assistant vice president of corporate quality assurance. Holbrook stepped into the role with more than a decade of experience in quality assurance and nearly ten years of prior service at TFCU.
Holbrook began her career at TFCU as a teller and member service officer before moving into leadership roles within quality assurance. She has led high-performing teams, supported major system launches and contributed to projects focused on improving employee and member services. Her background in quality assurance and credit union operations gives her insight into both member needs and internal processes.
Paul Heffley, senior vice president of enterprise project delivery at TFCU, says Holbrook’s background in both branch operations and quality assurance give her the necessary perspective to guide these improvements and support TFCU’s modernization efforts.
“Jennifer’s unique foundation in TFCU branch operations gives her firsthand knowledge of the member experience which is the ultimate success metric for our corporate quality assurance team,” Heffley said. “We are incredibly excited about the positive impact she brings in ensuring every solution we deliver meets the highest standard of quality and provides an exceptional experience for our members.”
In her new role, Holbrook leads the development of TFCU’s quality assurance team and focuses on helping projects deliver solutions that work as intended for members and employees. She ensures that new products and updates are carefully reviewed before they launch so the final experience is smooth, reliable and easy to use. Holbrook said she loves working closely with the team as they continue improving how the credit union reviews and delivers new products and services.
“I am excited to help build TFCU’s quality assurance function and establish processes that support high-quality products,” Holbrook said. “My goal is to create a strong foundation that grows with the credit union and continues to deliver solutions that bring real value to our members.”
