Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has welcomed Paul Heffley as senior vice president of enterprise project delivery, a new addition to the credit union’s leadership team focused on strengthening how projects are developed and delivered across the organization.
With more than 25 years of experience supporting large technology and business efforts, Heffley has spent his career helping organizations modernize their systems, improve customer-facing tools and streamline the way teams work together. At TFCU, he will lead project planning and prioritization across the credit union to ensure new technology and service initiatives are launched successfully and with members’ needs in mind.
Dave Willis, chief executive officer at TFCU, said Heffley’s experience and leadership will serve to strengthen the credit union’s project delivery efforts and support continued improvements to its digital member experience.

In addition to his career experience, Heffley holds several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSS GB). He has also served multiple terms on the board of directors for the Oklahoma City chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and currently serves on the University of Central Oklahoma’s Supply Chain Advisory Board.
