TMG Financial Services promotes financial services experts
DES MOINES, IA (May 12, 2016) — Top 65 credit card agent issuer TMG Financial Services (TMGFS) today announced the promotions of four key employees.
Corey Skadburg, formerly senior credit and risk manager for TMGFS, has been promoted to director of credit and risk. In this position, Skadburg will oversee the credit, regulatory compliance and operational risk on more than 116,000 consumer and business credit cards. He joined TMGFS in 2010 and has led the execution of several product launches, including most recently the Secured MasterCard. The product helps consumers build or rebuild credit, eventually achieving approval for a traditional credit card.
Angie Pedersen joined TMGFS in 2011 as manager of client services. Promoted to operations manager, Pedersen will lead the development and integration of TMGFS’ new education and training team, which will service both internal and partner staff. Vender management support, including the agent-issuer’s 24/7 call center, will also be a part of Pedersen’s responsibilities as operations manager.
Julie Wigg has been promoted to project services manager. Formerly project services lead, Wigg will manage the onboarding of new partners, including those with startup credit card programs and those moving existing card programs to the TMGFS platform. Wigg has been with TMGFS since 2009. Since that time, she has been instrumental in the seamless onboarding and credit card portfolio conversions of several large financial institution partners.
Now a senior marketing manager, Robin Caddell leads a team of marketers in strategy and execution of direct to consumer credit card marketing campaigns. Caddell joined TMGFS as senior marketing specialist in 2013 and has led the design of several award-winning cardmember acquisition and engagement campaigns over the last three years.
