Together Credit Union has partnered with the Saint Louis Zoo to help expand the Saint Louis Zoo’s fundraising efforts with the launch of the official Saint Louis Zoo Visa Debit Card.
“The Saint Louis Zoo has served our community for over 100 years. Their success is attributed to the nurturing treatment they have shown the animals in their protection and the experiences they have created for their guests,” said Bob McKay, President and CEO. “It is an honor to support their education, animal care, and wildlife conservation mission.”
From caring for 12,000+ animals to receiving over 2 million guests and educating over half a million individuals each year through learning experiences, the Saint Louis Zoo’s impact on wildlife and conservation is significant. Overall, the Saint Louis Zoo averages $200 million in economic value for our region annually.

The Saint Louis Zoo Visa Debit Card rounds up the change from transactions and donates the change to the Saint Louis Zoo. Monies raised will further the Zoo’s mission. Members participating in the Zoo Round-Up program will receive an exclusive Together Credit Union Membership to the Saint Louis Zoo, including attraction tickets, parking perks, in-venue discounts, and a subscription to the Zoo’s digital magazine.
In addition to the Saint Louis Zoo Visa Debit Card, Together Credit Union received naming rights to the Sea Lion Show, a fun and engaging show that educates guests about sea lion behavior, positive reinforcement training, animal facts, and the need to conserve sea lions' ocean habitat.
