Credit Union of America (CUA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Toni Murphy to regional branch manager. In this role, she will lead the Great Bend branch and take on leadership of the new Hays location, scheduled to open in early 2026.
Murphy has been with CUA for five years, most recently serving as senior branch manager in Great Bend. Her responsibilities will include overseeing daily branch operations, supporting member service, guiding team performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
She holds an associate degree from Lake Land Community College in Mattoon, Illinois, and has completed CUA’s Supervisory Training Program, Leadership Academy, and Financial Counseling Certification Program. Murphy was also recently elected to serve as a 2026 chamber ambassador for the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce.
Murphy’s promotion is a reflection of her dedication, steady leadership, and ability to build strong connections with both members and staff. These qualities align closely with Credit Union of America’s commitment to putting members first and supporting the communities where they live and work.
