Trax Credit Union recently announced its board of directors has selected Jessica Stevenson as the credit union’s new Chief Executive Officer. Stevenson started in the role in January 2025, following Pete
Giorgianni’s retirement, and brought nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union industry.
The Chairman of the Board expressed the Board's unwavering confidence in their new CEO, stating, “After a nationwide search, we are proud to name Jessica Stevenson as our new Chief Executive Officer. Her passion and dedication to Trax and our members for over fifteen years make her the ideal candidate. She played an integral role in making Trax what it is today, and we are lucky to have a proven and well-respected leader assuming this role.”
Throughout her career at Trax, Stevenson has led key initiatives focused on strategic growth, revenue generation, and community engagement. As Senior Vice President overseeing Marketing, Community Development, and Strategic Initiatives, she championed the credit union’s successful rebrand from Railroad & Industrial Federal Credit Union to Trax Credit Union — an evolution that better represented the credit union’s expanding and diverse membership.
Stevenson holds a broad range of industry certifications that reflect her expertise across operations, compliance, investment strategy, and marketing. These include the Certified Chief Executive (CCE), Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Certified Credit Union Investment Professional (CCUIP), and Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive (CCUE) designations. Her diverse credentials underscore her commitmentto continuous learning and leadership within the credit union movement. Stevenson has already taken strides to drive growth and operational excellence by developing and implementing long-term objectives in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
