Tropical Financial Credit Union Teams With PTP NEW MEDIA in Search to Find Real Spokespeople

April 16, 2012, Houston, TX- PTP NEW MEDIA, a financial services branding and marketing firm announced today that it has launched a unique, new marketing campaign for Florida’s Tropical Financial Credit Union (TFCU). The full contact campaign, promoted as “Fame for Five” is designed as a means for the credit union to recruit 5 members to become brand ambassadors, whereby they become the faces and voices of TFCU. The auditions are open to members and non-members.

Along with providing an engaging and unique way to connect with members, TFCU is awarding $5,000 to each of the five members selected. Contestants may make audition appointments and have sixty seconds in front of the camera to explain and demonstrate how Tropical Financial is helping, has helped or could help the member meet their financial goals. A microsite is being used ( ) for member recruitment and the real-life testimonials will be incorporated in radio spots, branch collateral and additional elements. Winners will be chosen based on their enthusiasm, charisma, personality and creativity.
