TRUE Community Credit Union celebrates grand opening of newest branch
The new location features new technology to enhance the member experience
JACKSON, MI (October 20, 2023) — TRUE Community Credit Union is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest branch located at 1309 W Parnall Road in Jackson. Members and staff celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, followed by snacks and refreshments. The TRUECCU team will continue to celebrate the grand opening through Friday, October 27.
With over 2,500 square feet of space, the new branch interior offers more opportunities for in-person interaction and features four drive-thru lanes equipped with enhanced technology, ensuring quick and efficient service for members on the go.

Additionally, during business hours, members have the unique opportunity to connect with a TRUECCU teller via video, offering a personalized and interactive experience.
