TruStone Financial opens new Burnsville location

PLYMOUTH, MN (November 10, 2015) — TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union celebrated the opening of its newest branch at 14300 Nicollet Court in Burnsville, Minnesota with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday. This branch marks the second new credit union location in four months.

“The modern experience and state-of-the-art technology at this location will fulfill our members’ needs and help them exceed their financial goals,” said Chief Business Officer Steve Steen. “The ample space at this location not only lets us provide the most common financial services, but also allows representatives from other TruStone Financial departments to be stationed at this branch including investments, mortgages and commercial lending.”

TruStone Financial has had a presence in the south metro since 1991, but is new to the Burnsville community. This branch brings new capabilities and services, such as drive-up lanes, a 24-hour, drive-up ATM for convenient banking and safe deposit boxes to store members’ sensitive items.

“TruStone Financial has been a leader in the south metro for more than 20 years and we are excited to welcome the credit union and its members to the Burnsville community,” said Mayor Elizabeth Kautz. “TruStone Financial’s ongoing commitment to the neighborhoods they serve fits perfectly into the heart of Burnsville’s growing economy.”

Thousands of TruStone Financial members live in a five-mile radius of the new branch. Combined with Burnsville’s proximity to the Twin Cities, their thriving economy and more than 60,000 residents, this central location offers the credit union a unique opportunity for growth.

“The addition of this facility marks another milestone for TruStone Financial,” said Chief Executive Officer Tim Bosiacki. “With our growing membership and assets, this is another chance for us to welcome new members and support those who have been with us for decades.”

The location at 14300 Nicollet Court, Suite 100 in Burnsville opened for business on Monday, October 26. Community members are welcome to tour the location during normal business hours.
