United Federal Credit Union hosts Diaper Drive to cover Nevada babies in need

ST. JOSEPH, MI (April 21, 2016) — United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) is preparing to host its 2nd Annual Diaper Drive to benefit the Women & Children’s Center of the Sierra. The public is invited to drop off diapers or make monetary contributions at any UFCU branch between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday, May 2 through Friday, May 20, 2016.

“Diapers are an essential for young families yet some struggle to maintain an adequate supply,” said Jeff Panko, UFCU member service advisor. “We want to help the Center make sure the families in our community have what they need to meet their babies’ needs.”

All sizes of disposable diapers, from newborn to pull-up, can be dropped off at one of the following UFCU branches:

  • Double R-10705 Double R Blvd., Reno
  • McCarran Walmart Supercenter-4855 Kietzke Lane, Reno
  • Northwest-980 Ambassador Dr., Reno
  • Summit-13989 S. Virginia St, Reno

  • Carson City-1350 E. William St., Carson City
