United Federal Credit Union names Scott Jeffus Director of Mortgage Sales
ST. JOSEPH, MI (February 4, 2019) — United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to announce Scott Jeffus as Director of Mortgage Sales in Arkansas. He brings more than 17 years of banking experience to the team, in roles ranging from mortgage lender to senior vice president.
In his new role, Jeffus will be responsible for managing mortgage sales through collaboration with both internal and external partners to establish a market-led, comprehensive multi-year strategy for United.
He will also be tasked with the development and success of the mortgage advisors, market development, and creating CUSOs as opportunities are identified.
“Scott’s diverse background and success in former leadership roles make him a significant addition to our team,” said Chief Innovation & Marketing Officer, Erin Hennessy. “We are excited to welcome him to team United, and anticipate the work he is going to accomplish in our Arkansas region.”
Prior to joining United, Jeffus served as sales manager at Gateway Mortgage Group since November 2016.
Jeffus attended Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he studied International Business. He is the current president of the Northwest Chapter Mortgage Banker Association.
