United Federal Credit Union names Warren Pattison Director of Digital Strategy

United Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Warren Pattison to the role of Director of Digital Strategy. In this position he will be responsible for the delivery of the United Federal Credit Union digital journey, ensuring a unified member experience across all digital channels.

He will provide strategy for all UFCU’s digital products and online service delivery initiatives like online banking, digital payments, mobile apps as well as future offerings like contextual PFM, biometrics, digital wallets, and virtual banking. Pattison will also lead all the company’s digital marketing initiatives including onsite search, SEO, SEM, online lead generation and nurturing, marketing automation, digital advertising, website development, digital analytics and optimization, UX design and predictive marketing.

Prior to joining UFCU, Pattison served in various leadership roles over the last 13 years in ecommerce and digital strategy such as Head of Digital Marketing and Social Media for The a2 Milk Company in Boulder, Colo., since 2016; as General Manager of Web and eCommerce for Otter Products, L.L.C. in Fort Collins, Colo., from 2014 to 2016; as Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing at Current USA Inc. in Colorado Springs, Colo., from 2013 to 2014; Director of Digital Marketing and Social Media for Udi’s Gluten Free Foods in Denver, Colo., from 2010 to 2013; as Vice President of Internet Strategy and Innovation from 2008 to 2010 and as Search Engine Marketing Affiliate Manager at JP Morgan Chase in Wilmington, Del., from 2006 to 2008; and began his career at Elixir Systems in Scottsdale, Ariz., in 2004 as Director of Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization.

Warren Pattison has a bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Phoenix. He is a Qualified Google Advertising Professional, certified by Google.
