United Federal Credit Union (United) is excited to announce it is partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County to help maintain their fleet of vehicles including the cost of gas, scheduled maintenance and wraps.
United’s partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County includes an annual donation of $10,000 to the organization.
Vans and busses are the backbone of the Club’s operations, providing essential transportation for many of the Boys & Girls Club members in the community to the units after school and field trips during the summer.
“We can’t thank United Federal Credit Union enough for its generosity and commitment to our organization,” says Matt Taliaferro, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Benton County. “This partnership will benefit every child that attends our Club, helping them gain access to much needed programs that help set them up for success.”
Maintaining these vehicles is increasingly expensive and this partnership allows the Club to instead invest more money in providing higher quality youth services and programs United places a high value on supporting the communities in which it serves, especially when it comes to investing in its future through a focus on giving back to the area’s children.
“We are so happy to support the admirable mission of the Boys and Girls Club of Benton County,” said Stephanie Riffle, United’s Market Vice President in Arkansas. “We know how important transportation resources are for the Club and are thrilled to be able to help out. Our partnership extends beyond a financial donation, however, and our team looks forward to volunteering with the Club and working with these amazing young people.”
