United Teletech Financial Appoints New Board Member

TINTON FALLS, N.J. – United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union (UTF) has appointed Robert Hodges to their volunteer Board of Directors.  Mr. Hodges will serve out the unexpired term of Cesar R. Carrero, who passed away earlier this year. 

“Mr. Carrero served our members well for many years.  He was a good friend and a strong advocate for our members,” said Ruth Ann Kluin, Chairman of the Board.  “The credit union is fortunate to have a capable and dedicated person like Mr. Hodges to fill his shoes.”

Mr. Hodges, of Neptune Township, has served on UTF’s Supervisory Committee for 25 years, six of those as its chairman.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retiree from AT&T.     

United Teletech Financial (UTF) is a not-for-profit credit union serving members in central New Jersey. Founded in 1967 to meet the needs of Bell Labs employees, the credit union has grown to over 380 sponsor companies. Under a community charter granted by the National Credit Union Administration in April 2005, UTF now offers membership to residents in Monmouth and Ocean counties and parts of central Middlesex County.
