Universal 1 Credit Union (U1) is proud to announce the grand reopening of its corporate office, following a series of enhancements designed to improve member experience, staff collaboration, and overall accessibility. The celebration will take place on Thursday, November 20th, beginning at 5:30 PM at 1 River Park Dr. Dayton, OH 45409 and will include welcome remarks, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and guided tours with light refreshments.
The newly redesigned space reflects the credit union’s deep-rooted history and long-standing commitment to the Dayton community. Notable improvements include a more open member lobby layout that creates a welcoming atmosphere and showcases the credit union's legacy. The lobby now features historical displays honoring its decades of service.
Outside, a key update includes the relocation of the ATM to another area of the parking lot. This move allows for better traffic flow and provides improved access to handicap parking spaces, enhancing convenience and safety for all members.
