University of Toledo Federal Credit Union signs core processing agreement with CU*Answers
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (November 9, 2015) — CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned core data processer, announced that it has signed the University of Toledo Federal Credit Union (Toledo, OH) to a CU*BASE® data processing agreement. The credit union is scheduled for an April 2016 conversion date.
The credit union will implement CU*Answers’ SaaS processing solution, including a wide array of member self-service features. The credit union is also planning to deploy CU*Answers’ online imaging solution, which offers an inexpensive, tightly controlled online e-document management strategy, and is fully hosted, supported and managed by CU*Answers.
University of Toledo Federal Credit Union represents approximately 6,800 members and $68 million in assets. The credit union represents the 10th new client conversion scheduled to convert to CU*BASE during 2016. Per a CU*Answers spokesperson, CU*Answers has converted over 50,000 new credit union members to CU*BASE in the past 30 days.
