Valley First Credit Union announces board re-elections and new appointments at annual meeting

MODESTO, CA (May 8, 2025) |

Valley First Credit Union is pleased to announce the results of its recent Annual Meeting, where members gathered to reflect on the past year and look ahead to the future. 

The following board members were re-elected: 

  • Chris Peterson, Chairperson 
  • Tamra Spade, Director 
  • Dr. Gary Hall, Director

Additionally, Emmanuel Escamilla and John Silveria have been re-elected to the Supervisory Committee. 

“We are grateful to our members for their participation and support at this year’s Annual Meeting,” said Kathryn Davis, President and CEO of Valley First Credit Union. “These dedicated leaders bring invaluable experience, insight, and passion to our board, and we look forward to the continued impact they will make in guiding our mission of ‘Making Good Happen’ for the communities we serve.”
