WATERLOO, IA (January 6, 2014) -- Veridian Credit Union has announced a call for candidates to serve on its board of directors. Eligible candidates must be a member in good standing and at least 18 years of age. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on February 7, 2014. Members will vote to elect the new board members at Veridian’s Annual Meeting on May 3, 2014.
Veridian board members serve a three-year term as unpaid volunteers. The commitment includes approximately 275 hours of service per year, including monthly meetings and a multiple-day planning session.
