Veridian starts construction on new Waukee branch

WATERLOO, IA (July 17, 2018) — Veridian Credit Union has announced the start of construction on a new location in Waukee, Iowa. The branch is scheduled to open in spring 2019 at 655 E. Hickman Road, just west of Alice Road.

“It’s an exciting time to be a Veridian member,” said Branch Manager Tim Lord. “Our branch network is growing, and we were recently ranked No. 1 nationally in the value we provide to members. We’re eager to help more people experience the not-for-profit, cooperative difference in financial services.”

The new Veridian branch will employ nine people in nearly 4,000 square feet with space for mortgage and other consumer lending. It will also offer safe deposit boxes, a coin machine, six teller stations and three drive-up lanes, including one with an ATM. This will be Veridian’s 32^nd branch and ninth in the Des Moines metro area.
