Vermont Federal Credit Union opens new branch in Essex

BURLINGTON, VT (June 22, 2021) — Vermont Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that their newest branch, located at 1 Carmichael Drive in Essex Junction, is now officially open for business.

To celebrate the opening, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on June 22nd. Vermont Federal’s board of directors, senior leadership team, and local officials were in attendance.

“We are thrilled to be expanding our footprint into the wonderfully vibrant community of Essex,” said Jean Giard, CEO. “At Vermont Federal, we are mission-driven to improve the financial lives of our members and this expansion will increase our ability to grow and extend our financial products and services to even more Vermonters.”

The Essex branch is led by Nicole Callahan, Branch Manager, and supported by a team of four employees. The branch will serve both personal and business banking members and will be operating on the following schedule:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
