Beth Boyer is a Service Agent at Vibrant Insurance and Investment Services in Moline, Illinois and she was recognized as being one of the best service agents in the nation by winning the Travelers Personal Insurance S.T.A.R – Superior Travelers Agent Recognition Award for 2019.
