Video culture at CU*Answers taking off
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (March 9, 2017) — CU*Answers has successfully kicked off its 2017 Presence Over Video (POV) efforts, which aims to launch a video culture at the cooperatively owned CUSO, and to become video culture experts within the credit union industry through heavy use of video technologies.
To achieve this goal, CU*Answers has partnered with Zoom, the cloud based software video solutions provider. This has proven to be both a staff and client favorite for its easy to use and reliable interface. The ability to not only see the participants’ body language but share screens and information enhances the substance and deepens the effectiveness of each interaction. This is utilized today for webinars, core conversion education, and everyday internal and external commutations.
Since the beginning of the calendar year, CU*Answers and its network partners have conducted over 2,100 Zoom meetings combined with over 8,400 total participants and over 312,000 total viewed meeting minutes. CU*Answers also hosted 27 webinars that were attended by over 1,500 participants.
