Web Services Launches New Alert System for CU*Answers Clients

WESCO Net Web Services has recently implemented a new alert system for CU*Answers clients, which notifies them of important service-related information as well as reports of potential fraud concerns reported from front teller line staff. 

The new alerts system is build on the WordPress with SiteControl application system and replaces an older custom built system that has been in use for the last 4 years.  Due to the extensive experience with WordPress by the team, Web Services is able to quickly make changes necessary to the application for client updates.
