MADISON, WI (April 27, 2021) — Thursday, May 20, 10:00 a.m. U.S. Central Daylight Time
The COVID-19 pandemic has not only changed the way credit union associations do business, but how they communicate with their employees, members and communities as well.
This World Council of Credit Unions’ COVID-19 Response Committee webinar will examine how credit union associations at three different levels—regional, national and local—have navigated communication and outreach efforts during the pandemic to ensure their credit unions are still getting the development, education and networking services they need to better serve employees and members.
The webinar will feature presentations from:
- Kamon Kiattisirikumpon, Member Services Officer, Asian Confederation of Credit Unions (ACCU)
- Boaz Park, International Partnerships Manager, National Credit Union Federation of Korea (NACUFOK)
- Tanya Dittberner, Director of Communications and Media Relations, Cornerstone League (USA)
