Wescom Resources Group announces release of MemberEdge Online Banking 3.1

Newest eBanking platform enables support for a multitude of devices via a responsive-design architecture

PASADENA, CA (December 17, 2015)Wescom Resources Group (WRG), a provider of software and technology service solutions for credit unions, announced the release of MemberEdge Online Banking 3.1, its newest version in the MemberEdge eBanking family. MemberEdge 3.1 enables credit unions to enhance member engagement, expand relationships, and reduce costs through a platform that aggregates multiple data sources into a single, unified interface.  MemberEdge 3.1 has been live at Wescom Credit Union, under the name “eBranch 3.0”, since summer 2015 and was fully cut over in November.  Initial WRG client deployments will begin in early 2016.

MemberEdge 3.1 combines all of the most popular functionalities from prior versions of MemberEdge with additional new features, resulting in a member experience that is perfectly suited for today’s self-service user.  Key features such as Member-Directed ACH, Secure Messaging, and eAlerts have been carried forward, with enhancements.  In addition, MemberEdge now offers a responsive design architecture, which allows all the pages to be browsed seamlessly within smart phones and tablets.

Other aspects of MemberEdge Online Banking that are enhanced for 3.1 include WRG’s unique web services API architecture, which allows customized content to be deployed seamlessly within Online Banking, to provide a more consistent end-user experience.  API custom development can be performed by WRG, its clients, or WRG’s qualified eCo-System development partner.
