Workers Credit Union has appointed Rachna Bhatia as VP of the Member Information Center, where she will be responsible for leading creative initiatives that put members at the center. Having worked in the industry for 20 years, Bhatia is a banking veteran and comes to Workers Credit Union from Infinity Federal Credit Union. She believes in mission-based banking and works on gaining knowledge to understand the ever-changing needs of communities and her organization.
Bhatia earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Calcutta. When not working, Bhatia enjoys spending time with her son and cooking Indian food.
