Workers Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Cloonan and Paul Garcia to its Board of Directors. Both have extensive and diverse experience that will be instrumental in shaping the credit union’s strategic direction and furthering its mission to empower members and the community.

"Their unique perspectives and extensive experience will be tremendous assets as we strengthen our credit union while providing exceptional service and support to our members.”
Christine Cloonan, nominated for a three-year term, is an investor relations professional for a publicly traded company. Cloonan lives in Greater Boston. She brings over a decade of corporate financial leadership in technology and telecommunications and has a deep commitment to community-centric values. Cloonan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Economics from Bowdoin College, a Master of Arts in Spanish from Middlebury College, and a Master of Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
Paul Garcia brings over 20 years of deep expertise in Information Technology, with a strong focus on cyber security strategy. The Groton resident is Director, Cybersecurity at L3Harris Technologies and previously held various cyber security roles at Raytheon. Garcia’s leadership and hands-on experience span multiple cyber security disciplines. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Northern Arizona University, and a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Oklahoma.
