Xtend participates in CU*NorthWest’s Annual Conference
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (July 5, 2016) — Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, participated last week in the 2016 CU*NorthWest Annual Leadership Conference in Spokane, Washington alongside credit union professionals from more than two dozen credit unions and industry partners. The event wrapped up a busy two weeks of executive leadership conferences hosted by the CUSOs from the cuasterisk.com network.
Scott Collins, President of Xtend commented: “It is always a pleasure to participate in the CU*Northwest Leadership Conference. It was not only an excellent opportunity to network with our west coast customer-owners, it also provides our CUSO with a vested focus group as we plan for future investments in people and technology. There were a lot of new folks participating this year, which makes it even more exciting. There was definitely a collaborative spirit that permeated the two-day event, and I commend Greg Smith [CU*NorthWest CEO] and his team for a job well done.”
Collins noted that, during the wrap up of the event, the CU*Northwest Board of Directors announced to its customer-owners that it would be sponsoring the use of Xtend’s two member communication services, Member Reach and RevGen, for all of its credit unions for twelve months. Collins added: “Our team is looking forward to helping all of the CU*NorthWest credit unions drive more member engagement during the coming year. We are confident that will translate into more leads and deeper relationships with their members.”
