Your Marketing Co. announces strategic personnel moves

GREENVILLE, SC (August 24, 2020) — In line with its strategic focus for 2020 and beyond, Your Marketing Co. has announced two promotions and another move to a newly created position to make the credit union marketing, strategic planning and branding firm even stronger for meeting client needs.

Frank Allgood, who has been with the YMC team for four years, was promoted from senior relationship development leader to vice president of relationship development. His primary goal will be to lead the team in client strategy and professional development. Frank graduated the FLY (Future Leaders of YMC) Program in 2019. He has more than 15 years of experience in every facet of public information and marketing communications.

Jennifer Pham has been promoted to vice president of ideas and results. She will lead the design, digital, content and social media teams in strategy and creative development, as well as professional development. She most recently served as from lead graphic designer and has been with the team for four years. Jennifer started as a junior graphic designer, and she was one of our first-year graduates of the FLY Program.

Lauren Robirds has been with the team three years and will be filling the newly created digital strategy manager position. She will be managing all paid digital marketing, pay-per-click and search engine marketing for our clients. She’s been YMC’s main point of contact working with uncommn Marketing Partners, so it’s a natural transition for her knowledge and skill sets. Lauren is a current participant in the FLY Program and is slated to graduate in 2020.
