Professional development matters, according to Rudy Pereira, president/CEO of $1.8 billion asset Royal Credit Union in Eau Claire, Wis.
Prior to taking the reins of the credit union in 2012, Pereira spent more than 25 years in the movement, working at Alliant, Kinecta Federal, Schools Financial, and Wescom credit unions as a technology leader.
He’s also well-known in the industry for his credit union professional development efforts in leadership positions with the CUNA Councils.
