Taking care of self & leading during tough times

A engaging conversation featuring Amy Downs and Leo Ardine

Why we made this:

We know these are unparalleled and challenging times for so many. This video is the first in a three-part series of taking care during tough times. First, I’m joined by Amy Downs, the President & CEO of Allegiance Credit Union and Leo Ardine, the President and CEO of United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union, for a quick discussion on taking care of yourself.

In the midst of a crisis, self care is not only critical for your own wellbeing, but also essential for effective leadership of others. Both Amy and Leo are well-known leaders in the credit union space and have significant wisdom and experience to offer on this topic. Our conversation ranges from how to breathe effectively and fill up your own “buckets,” to good decision-making and how to not be “crunchy.” Stay tuned for part two of the series coming soon.
