Bryn Conway, principal at BC Consulting, has a favorite quote from baseball great Yogi Berra: “If you don’t know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else.”
Credit unions would do well to remember that quote during their strategic planning sessions.

When working on strategy, it’s important to examine “why.” Conway recommends the book Start With the Why by Simon Sinek to help you understand the concept of “people don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it,” she says.
