Committed to an energetic vision of change and development, MidSouth Community FCU, with 31,000 members, was looking for a better way to accurately screen teller candidates. “With so many candidates using standard resume templates, it’s often difficult to determine which candidates will actually excel on the job,” explains Human Resources Manager Bryttani J. Graddick. That led the CU to implement the EASy Screening System from Employment Technologies Corporation.

“Using the new system has truly afforded the credit union a more streamlined and thorough recruiting process,” says Graddick. “By spending the time up front to ensure that the candidates are the right fit for our organization, we have definitely seen an increase in more highly qualified tellers.”
