You can’t step into the same river twice

“No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man.” This quote from Heraclitus illustrates that in both life and business you can’t go back. You can only go forward.Today, I discuss my recent trip to my hometown of Binghamton, New York and how it reminded me of that Heraclitus quote. It made me consider a series of “what-ifs” and helped me gain clarity about the river I stand in today.
