The sky’s the limit at Skyfest airshow 2014

SPOKANE,WA (May 30, 2014) — Global Credit Union is gearing up for an exciting, historical and memorable experience this weekend as a two day sponsor of SkyFest, the Fairchild Air Force Base annual open house and air show.

Skyfest kicks off Saturday May 31 at 9am with a wide variety of activities including: static aircraft displays, P-51 and F-16 Heritage flights, civilian aerial demonstrations, law force demonstrations, a sponsorship hangar, a kid’s area and headlining performances by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team.
Over 150,000 people are expected to attend Skyfest this year. Global Credit Union will be in the sponsorship hangar handing out giveaways, greeting guests and supporting the Fairchild community.
After launching their Wear Red campaign last Friday to celebrate men and women in the Armed Forces, Global employees will be seen proudly wearing their Wear Red Fridays t-shirts in support.
