When you’re sticking to a budget, your paycheck is usually committed to a host of destinations. So, what do you do when you need a little extra or just want a pocketful of spending cash? Well you could drive an Uber, or you could just fire up the laptop and make money one of these three easy ways…
Sell your photos: It seems like everyone I know does photography on the side (some are better than others). If you’ve got a good eye and take great photos, why not make some money off of those pics? Check out iStock by Getty Images and start making royalties off of your JPEGs.
Run some weekend errands: Spend your weekends delivering for an app like Postmates and you can earn up to $25 an hour delivering anything from any store or restaurant around you. It’s like Uber for shipping.
Monetize your hobby: Whatever it is that you like to create (crafts, trinkets, leather goods) it’s never been easier to sell your products online. Open up an account on Etsy and become the boss of your own side project in your spare time. Once you get it set up, it’s super easy to maintain, and if your boss is a jerk, you can only blame yourself.
