Marla Pieton is a senior marketing executive with more than 24 years of experience in leading marketing strategies, leveraging digital and data-driven platforms as well as building distinctive marketing assets through brand development. Pieton is currently Director, Marketing, overseeing the department’s Public Relations and Influencer Marketing program, for industry leading digital banking solutions provider Alkami. Previously, Pieton held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Segmint, a predictive data analytics and marketing solutions provider for banks and credit unions that was acquired by Alkami in 2022.
Previously, she held the Vice President of Marketing position at Farmers National Bank in Canfield, Ohio, a regional community bank where she launched the bank’s digital strategy, managed all marketing and public relations activities while supporting multiple re-branding and acquisition projects.
She is a graduate of Youngstown State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Advertising and PR, as well as a graduate of Kent State University where she earned a Master of Arts in Media Management. Pieton also has a Certificate in Forensic Science and Law from Duquesne University.
