Security Service Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Aaron Leek to the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Leek joined the Credit Union in 2008, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Retail Officer. In that role, he was responsible for operations throughout the 70-branch network in three states, as well as payment services, account services, the member contact center and investment services.
“Aaron has been a driving force behind the credit union’s operational excellence and innovation,” said Mike Chapman, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Having previously served as Chief Operating Officer myself; I understand the strategic importance of the position. Aaron’s deep expertise, thoughtful leadership, and commitment to our mission make him exceptionally well-suited to lead our operations into the future.”
Mr. Leek has a distinguished background in financial services, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Menlo College and a Certified Executive Manager certification through the CUES Advanced Management Program in partnership with Cornell University.
