PremierOne Credit Union appoints Shilpa Edlabadkar as chief financial officer

PremierOne Credit Union is pleased to announce Shilpa Edlabadkar as its new Chief Financial Officer. Shilpa brings over 23 years of financial leadership experience in the banking and credit union industries.

She joins PremierOne from California Coast Credit Union, where she served as Vice President of Accounting, overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, investments, and payments. Her career includes leadership roles at Capital One and LPL Financial, where she led major M&A integration and modernized financial operations through analytics and automation.

She brings extensive expertise in balance sheet management, interest rate risk analysis, and investment diversification, and is highly respected for her ability to lead through complex change and transformation.
