ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Dec. 11, 2012) – Small credit unions have a new ‘go-to’ site for online information and assistance provided by the National Credit Union Administration’s Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives (OSCUI).
The new microsite, www.ncua.gov/OSCUI, organizes information for better, easier access to OSCUI’s programs and adds new material, including updated grant and loan information, the new consulting program request form, and updated partner profiles. Visitors may watch OSCUI’s training and informational videos, listen to archived webinars and read back issues of OSCUI’s monthly FOCUS e-newsletter. The website also features a section for each of OSCUI’s four program areas: Consulting, Grants and Loans, Training, and Partnerships and Outreach.
“We’re adding new information and making existing information easier to find,” said OSCUI Director William Myers. “Our goal is to provide a better, more user-friendly tool for all small credit unions to quickly get what they need online.”
The NCUA website upgrade improves viewer access to OSCUI information and highlights the unique resources to which OSCUI provides access. Users can save the links below for quick, easy-to-remember access to the sections:

NCUA is the independent federal agency created by the U.S. Congress to regulate, charter and supervise federal credit unions. With the backing of the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government, NCUA operates and manages the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, insuring the deposits of nearly 94 million account holders in all federal credit unions and the overwhelming majority of state-chartered credit unions.
