Members 1st Federal Credit Union celebrates Q3 2025 achievements

Members 1st Federal Credit Union proudly celebrates their associates whose dedication, creativity and commitment to serving their members and communities have earned recognition for innovation, servant leadership and meaningful community impact.

Recent Honors Include:

  • Members 1st was recognized at Tagetik’s North American conference for pioneering the use of AI in budgeting, including Predictive Intelligence and Anomaly Detection. As one of the first North American companies to pilot this technology, the credit union received the Tagetik Pathfinder AI Award.
  • VP of Data Analytics, Anita McAllister and Cybersecurity Operations Manager, Kelly Hogan were finalists for the Technology Council of Pennsylvania Women in Tech Awards. Anita was a finalist for the Moxie Award, and Kelly for the Impact Award, celebrating their contributions to the local tech community.
  • Members 1st was honored with the 2025 Business Partner of the Year designation for its long-standing partnership with Central Penn College, supporting student success, workforce development and the Central Pennsylvania community. The credit union provides internships, hires students for part- and full-time roles, takes part in recruiting events and serves on the College’s advisory council.
  • Principal Project Manager, Angela Wiley will be recognized in December as one of 100 socially responsible Pennsylvanians making a meaningful impact in their communities, receiving a City & State PA Impact Award.
