One Nevada Credit Union, one of the strongest credit unions in the country, recently announced five promotions within its leadership team to better align roles and impact.
Tom Ernsperger, formerly Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer, is now Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, he oversees the credit union’s retail branch network, Contact Center, Marketing, Consumer, Mortgage and Business Lending, as well as the credit union's Member Investment, and Insurance areas.
Mo Nemati, formerly Vice President of Lending, is now Senior Vice President of Lending. Ana Marquez, formerly Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations, is now Vice President of Member Experience, a newly created position that will support strategic enhancements across all member service channels. Jennifer Chambers, formerly Director of Retail Operations (Contact Center), is now Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations (Contact Center) and Jennifer Sayegh, formerly Contact Center Manager, is now Contact Center Director.
