OnPoint Community Credit Union Ridgefield grand opening event

OnPoint Community Credit Union hosted a community grand opening celebration on Saturday, February 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its new Ridgefield branch, welcoming local leaders, members and residents.

The event featured a $5,000 donation to Neighbors Helping Neighbors Ridgefield, as well as an update on funds raised for Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation and Friends of the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge through a recent member-giving campaign. Attendees also enjoyed the unveiling of a custom Ridgefield illustration by Portland artist Austin Brague and a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Greater Vancouver Chamber.

As one of Washington’s fastest-growing communities, Ridgefield continues to see significant growth, and the new branch reflects OnPoint’s ongoing commitment to serving Clark County residents. Kristen Gillis, assistant vice president and branch manager at OnPoint; Judy Chipman, board treasurer at Neighbors Helping Neighbors Ridgefield; and John McDonagh, president and CEO of the Greater Vancouver Chamber, were available for interviews during the event.
