CommonWealth Central Credit Union selects Nook for HubSpot and data integration infrastructure

Wayzata, MN (April 6, 2026) |

CommonWealth Central Credit Union has selected Nook, a credit union service organization (CUSO) and Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner, to implement HubSpot and deploy data integration infrastructure designed specifically for credit unions.

CommonWealth Central Credit Union, a $620 million asset credit union, is partnering with Nook to implement credit-union-specific HubSpot architecture and securely integrate Symitar core data through Nook’s proprietary Data Connector.

“When we evaluated engagement platforms, protecting our members’ data was a top priority,” said Jennifer D’Amico, Chief Marketing Officer at CommonWealth. “Nook’s model enables us to maintain control of sensitive data while leveraging HubSpot’s robust analytics and automation to elevate how we engage with our members and more.”

“Credit unions shouldn’t have to choose between protecting sensitive member data and leveraging modern engagement tools,” said Austin Wentzlaff, Founder and CEO of Nook. “Our model eliminates disconnected systems without the use of risky middleware giving teams the confidence to scale their marketing, sales, and service efforts without compromise.”

Through the partnership, CommonWealth will gain:

  • A centralized Hubspot CRM that unifies member data and engagement strategies

  • Secure data integration through the Nook Data Connector

  • A credit-union-specific data model designed to support deposits, loans, and member relationships

  • Ongoing support for optimizing marketing automation to enhance marketing performance and deliver timely, personalized experiences.

The addition of CommonWealth as a client further accelerates Nook’s growth within the credit union industry, as more institutions embrace a modern, data-first approach to member engagement and operational infrastructure.
