MAPLE GROVE, MN (April 9, 2026) |
TopLine Financial Credit Union, a Twin Cities-based member-owned financial services cooperative, held a food drive during the month of March for the MN FoodShare March Campaign benefiting three local non-profits, Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP), Hope 4 Youth and Keystone Community Services. TopLine members and employees generously donated non-perishable food items of canned vegetables, soups, rice, dry pasta, and more to help fight hunger in our local communities.
Employees were able to participate by donating non-perishable food items and money in exchange for a “Foundation Friday/Saturday” sticker, allowing them to wear jeans to work. TopLine and community members could also purchase items from an Amazon Wishlist or Target Registry and have them delivered directly to TopLine, and in return delivered to the charitable partners. When the program ended TopLine employees and members had donated over 180 pounds of food items and $1,175 in cash to assist local individuals and families in need.
“Often food shelves see a decline in food supplies and donations after holiday peaks, and food assistance needs rise,” said Mick Olson, President and CEO of TopLine Financial Credit Union. “Through the generosity of our TopLine family—our members and employees—we strive to support our local food shelves and programs to improve the lives of youth, families and seniors in our communities.”
